1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the MyFavi Autos website, editorial content, downloads, newsletter, and account features. By using the website, you agree to these terms. When you create an account, you affirmatively accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

An account or newsletter subscription does not enroll you in, reserve access to, or bind you to terms for any future marketplace. Materially different services will have updated terms presented before they apply.

2. Accounts

You may create an account with an email address and password or by using Google Sign-In. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. Accounts are not available to minors. By creating an account, you affirm that you meet this requirement.

• Provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current.
• Keep your credentials secure and do not share or transfer your account.
• Promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
• If you use Google Sign-In, your relationship with Google is also governed by Google's applicable terms and privacy policy.

We may require email verification, password reset, reauthentication, or other security steps. We may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or violations of these Terms.

You may request account deletion by emailing Drive@MyFavi.com. Deleting an account does not automatically unsubscribe you from the newsletter; use the unsubscribe link in an email or include that request in your message.

3. Public content and saved items

Articles, guides, recalls, news, and public downloads remain available without signing in. An account does not change the editorial nature of this content or create an entitlement to any future feature.

A signed-in account may save up to 200 supported blogs, news articles, guides, deals, recalls, vehicles, and comparisons for cross-device access. You may remove saved artifacts at any time. Saves are a convenience feature, not a guarantee that content, offers, specifications, sources, availability, or guidance will remain unchanged. Older browser-only bookmarks may be imported after sign-in when the referenced artifact is still available.

4. Editorial information

MyFavi publishes general automotive information for educational purposes. Content may summarize government guidance, safety ratings, recalls, manufacturer information, or other third-party material. We aim to identify sources and review dates, but information can change after publication.

MyFavi content is not legal, financial, tax, insurance, mechanical, or safety advice for your specific circumstances. Confirm important decisions with the relevant government agency, manufacturer, recall database, licensed mechanic, attorney, tax professional, insurer, or other qualified professional. Always check a vehicle's VIN for current recall information.

5. Newsletter

You may subscribe by providing a valid email address and consenting to receive MyFavi emails. A newsletter subscription is separate from a MyFavi account. You may unsubscribe through the link included in an email or contact us for assistance. Delivery is not guaranteed, and messages may be delayed or filtered by your email provider.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the website or an account to:

• break applicable law or infringe another person's rights;
• impersonate another person or provide deceptive account information;
• interfere with authentication, site security, rate limits, reCAPTCHA, or normal operation;
• submit automated, deceptive, or abusive requests;
• introduce malware or attempt unauthorized access; or
• scrape or reproduce protected content in violation of applicable law.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the site, our providers, users, or other visitors.

7. Intellectual property and third-party services

MyFavi's original design, software, branding, and editorial work are protected by applicable law. Third-party text, photographs, trademarks, and other material remain subject to the rights of their respective owners and any stated license, permission, or applicable legal exception.

Links to government agencies, manufacturers, publishers, Google, and other third parties are provided for reference or service operation. Their websites, services, availability, terms, and privacy practices are controlled by those third parties.

8. Disclaimers

The website, accounts, content, downloads, and newsletter are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, MyFavi disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee that content is complete, error-free, current, or suitable for a particular purpose, or that the service will always be uninterrupted or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MyFavi Autos LLC and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, an account, reliance on editorial content, third-party links, loss of saved items, or inability to access the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. International use and mandatory rights

MyFavi is operated from the United States. You may use public content from other locations where access is lawful, but account and newsletter features may not be available in every jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your use.

These Terms do not limit consumer, privacy, or other rights that applicable law does not permit you to waive. If a provision conflicts with a mandatory local law, that law controls only to the extent of the conflict, and the remaining provisions continue to apply.

11. Changes and availability

We may correct, update, remove, or discontinue content, accounts, or site features. We may revise these Terms as the service changes. A revised version will show a new effective date, and we will provide additional notice when appropriate for material changes.
